Mohammed Saleh Zarepour is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Philosophy of the University of Manchester. He is on the editorial boards of Logic, Epistemology, and the Unity of Science, Religious Studies, and AGATHEOS.
He was an associate member and earlier a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Global Philosophy of Religion Project at the Department of Philosophy of the University of Birmingham. He was also a Humboldt Postdoctoral Researcher at Munich School of Ancient Philosophy. He received a PhD in Philosophy at Tarbiat Modares University, Iran and another in Theology and Religious Studies at the University of Cambridge.
Zarepour’s research interests include medieval Islamic philosophy, philosophy of religion, philosophy of language, philosophy of mathematics, and philosophy of logic. In recognition of his work, he was awarded a 2023 Philip Leverhulme Prize in Philosophy and Theology.
