Tim Maudlin

Professor of Philosophy, New York University

Tim Maudlin is a philosopher of science and a Professor of Philosophy at New York University.

He received his B.A. in Physics and Philosophy from Yale University.  He received his M.A. and Ph.D. in History and Philosophy of Science from the University of Pittsburgh.  His interests are focused in the foundations of physics, metaphysics, and logic.  His has authored publications including Philosophy of Physics, Volume 1: “Space and Time” (2012), The Metaphysics Within Physics (2007), Truth and Paradox: Solving the Riddles (2004), and Quantum Non-Locality and Relativity: Metaphysical Intimations of Modern Physics (1994).
