Humanity’s diverse religions have deeply opposing beliefs that conflict and contradict. How then to claim that any one is the ‘true religion’? How to justify raising one above the others? Alternatively, to claim that the common factor of all religions—spirituality, transcendence—is ultimate truth is to disregard their obvious and egregious conflicts.
